Cancellation Policy

• Provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice incur a 50% fee, added to your next session.

• Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice is considered a cancellation.

• For prepaid treatment series, missed sessions with insufficient notice cannot be redeemed later.

No Show Policy/ Same day cancellations

 

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows incur the full treatment fee.

• Two missed appointments require prepayment for future bookings.

• After three missed appointments, bookings will no longer be accepted.

After Care Policy. 

 

• Follow aftercare advice provided via our website, emails, or social media.

• Failure to follow advice may result in worsened symptoms, bruising, or injuries. We accept no liability in such cases.

Inappropriate Behaviour Policy. 

 

• Any inappropriate behaviour, including sexual insinuations, will result in immediate session termination, refusal of future services, and potential reporting to authorities. Full fees apply regardless of session length.

 
If we waive any rights available to us under these terms and conditions on
one occasion, this does not mean that those rights will automatically be
waived on any other occasion. 
 
If any of these terms and conditions are held to be invalid, unenforceable or
illegal for any reason, the remaining terms and conditions shall
nevertheless continue in full force.
